Year 12 students visit Oxford and Cambridge University
Posted on: February 9th 2018This week some of our Year 12 students have visited the top 2 universities in the country. On Tuesday, 17 Year 12 students visited Newnham College at Cambridge University. They experienced a talk about Cambridge and applying to top universities in the country. They also had a tour of the college and experienced a sample lecture.
On Wednesday 10 of our Year 12 students went to St Peter’s College, Oxford University. They also had a talk about applying to Oxford and other top universities. They completed an academic session and had a tour of the college and Oxford.
These trips have inspired our students to aim high and hopefully broken down some of the myths surrounding these universities.
