Congratulations to our A Level Students

Southgate students are celebrating their A Level and Vocational results today, with a bumper crop of excellent results. We applaud them for their hard work over the past few years and thank their teachers for the support and guidance that they have given.
It is also worth noting that A Levels have been getting harder over the past few years with the removal of a modular approach which enabled students to resit parts of their A Levels. This has been replaced with ‘new and challenging qualifications which are designed to be more rigorous’ (as described by Geoff Barton General Secretary of the Association of School and College Leaders).
We are, inevitably, proud of all of our students, but a particularly honourable mention goes to those students listed below:
