Exciting News from Southgate School Trust
Posted on: December 4th 2017At a meeting held in October, the Board of Trustees approved the proposal for Southgate School to join the Middlesex Learning Trust MAT. In the last few days, the Trustees of Middlesex Learning Trust (“MLT”) have in turn approved the transfer of Southgate School into the MLT MAT.
We are now working to conclude the various contractual requirements between Southgate School Academy Trust and MLT. We expect the transfer to be effective at the beginning of January 2018 at which point we shall make a formal announcement. Southgate School Trustees are excited about the opportunities that this partnership would create in raising standards and outcomes for all.
