Pastoral System
At Southgate School our Pastoral System upholds our core value of ‘Excellence for All’. We have high expectations for all of our students and want to ensure that they meet these high expectations each day at school.
To support students in reaching these high expectations we have a dedicated Pastoral Team who are committed to ensuring that students access advice, guidance and care. The team includes our five Heads of Year listed below. They are also supported by Mrs Willoughby (Pastoral Support Manager), Mrs Rees (Attendance Officer) and our two Pastoral Support Officers Ms Aristidou and Ms Orhan.
