Sebby's Corner Donation
Posted on: March 20th 2024Southgate School managed to raise £1333.49 through our Non-Uniform Day prior to the 2023 Christmas break for the charity Sebby’s Corner.
Sebby’s Corner is a relatively new (three years old) Barnet-based charity, lead by Bianca Sakol (MBE, Founder and CEO), who support families living in poverty, families in temporary accommodation, families who have fled domestic abuse, refugees, asylum seekers and victims of modern slavery and human trafficking.
They provide basic essentials such as clothing, nappies, formula, toiletries and baby equipment.
They also have a Birthday Club that provides gifts, balloons, decorations and cake for those children who have never received even a single birthday present through their circumstances.
